Alain Podvin

Alain Podvin
Partner

Alain has over 25 years' experience in the real estate and construction fields.
After 10 years by DTZ Asset Management, Alain founded PODROCK Asset Management to collaborate with his long time investors.

Alain has an MBA degree from HEC and has an engineering graduate degree from Ecole Centrale Lyon. Since 2010, he is chartered surveyor from the RICS.

He is also visiting professor at Nanterre University and ESPI since 2009.

Dominique Le Roux

Dominique Le Roux
Senior Technical Advisor

Prior to founding his own architectural and engineering office, Dominique worked for large user companies like Unibail-Westfield and Canal+ (French media).

He advises large users to set up their new office lay-out. He also created a new concept of façade for which a European patent has been granted.

Dominique is architect DPLG. He has an MBA degree from EM Lyon and has followed Dauphine University.

Since 2008, he is chartered surveyor from the RICS.

Jean-Philippe Barrandon

Jean-Philippe is an expert in Tax Law, namely corporate and personal taxation.

He advises the full spectrum of real estate actors, from developers to family offices, in term of French and International taxes issues.

Jean-Philippe is a lawyer. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1993. He holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in International Taxation (Paris XI-HEC).
